Let the 'BOA' Buyer Beware



From the "You can't believe everything you read in blogs" department: If you've seen any rogue postings about a new Microsoft follow-on to SOA (code-named "BOA"), don't be fooled. As Spencer Katt reveals this week, BOA is nothing but a ruse dreamt up by some pranksters with a little too much time on their hands. BOA was the supposed son of "Viper" (Microsoft Transaction Server, for you code-name veterans). But for the record, there's no BOA, no BML and no "Indigo Marks."
