Microsoft Revenues Up; Analysts Not Impressed
|
While Microsoft revenues for its fourth fiscal quarter were up 15 percent, shares fell in after-hours trading. Why? The company's earnings of 25 cents per share fell short of the 29 cents analysts were predicting. Revenues for Q4 hit $9.29 billion, roughly on a par with analyst expectations. For the full fiscal 2004, Microsoft revenues were up 14 percent, to $36.8 billion. |
