A Washington state union has obtained and made public a Microsoft Windows executive's presentation from last July which suggests that Microsoft move some of its software development work to India. The Washington Alliance of Technology Workers posted the slides to its Web site. "Bigger profits = Higher Quality at Lower Costs," reads one of Senior VP Brian Valentine's slides. "Pick something to move offshore today," says another.
