The European Commission is not going to take any more excuses. It looks like the EC plans to fine Microsoft $255+ million on Wednesday, sources say, for failing to comply with antitrust terms, specifically providing documentation of Windows networking subsystems, allowing third-party vendors to interoperate with current and future Windows releases.
