Microsoft Releases First Post-Beta-2 Vista Test Build

Microsoft released quietly to selected testers this past weekend new Windows Vista test build, Number 5456. The new build is full of bug fixes, from what early testers are saying, with few noticeable feature changes – although the folks over at LonghornBlogs.com do like the draggable Internet Explorer tabs that are part of the new build.
