One in particular, Nikhil Kothari, an architect on Microsoft's Web platform and tools team, has developed a new Ajax scripting language, Script#. While there's no word on when and if Kothari's employer might be interested in commercializing Script# in some way, it would definitely make a nice complement to Microsoft's Atlas Ajax framework – and would give the Redmondians a tool with which to counter Google's recently introduced GWT Ajax toolkit.
