As promised, Microsoft has commenced delivering its patches and fixes on the second Tuesday of each month. Today, it issued four new collections of patches, three of which it has deemed "critical" — for Internet Explorer, its Workstation Service and older versions of Word and Excel (plus all versions of Microsoft Works) — and one "important" (FrontPage Server Extensions).
