Microsoft Research Does More Photo Dabbling

Microsoft Research has released for download a new tool called Group Shot, which enables users to create a composite picture from a set of photos by selecting their favorite parts of each picture, a process described as "group photomontage." The photos must be of the same scene, from the same view point, of the same size, and taken within a short period of time. (A tip of the hat to Microsoft watcher Steven Bink for the link.) |
