Microsoft to Talk Unix Interop at LinuxWorld
|
From Microsoft Watch: Windows Server 2003 R2 and its integrated Services for Unix (SFU) components will be one of Microsoft's key LinuxWorld highlights this week. That's according to Bill Hilf, the director of Microsoft's Linux lab, who is leading a session at this week's gathering of the Linux faithful. Microsoft will talk up SFU's role in providing better Unix-Windows interoperability, as well as in Unix-to-Windows application portability, Hilf told questioners participating in a Slashdot.org Q&A. |
