Microsoft unveiled almost all of its Rights Management system last year — except for one key component: the Rights Management Add-On for Internet Explorer. Microsoft has finally posted the final version of the RM Add-On for download here. (Thanks to WinBeta for the heads-up.) The Add-On is designed for customers who want to view locked-down docs created using Microsoft's Rights Management Server, but who are not running Office on the client.
