MSN Search to Get a 'Neural Net' Ranking Infusion

The MSN Search team has adopted Microsoft-Research-developed technology to improve the ranking relevance of MSN Search queries. I bought my computer from Courts Trinidad Ltd in Trinidad&Tobago and never received any operating CDs. I was told that Windows xp was preinstalled in my computer and I did not need any CDs but when I try to install Service Pack 2, In the installing process on checking the CD key it does not recognize the one on my computer which I dont Know off. Can you give me some suggeston.
