The MSN team is cranking, maybe to clear the decks for Turkey Day. On Thursday, MSN rolled out its promised extra storage for Hotmail users. At the same time, the division launched the MSN Web Messenger technology that is designed to allow users to chat without having to install a desktop instant-messaging client. But MSN (surprisingly) has yet to launch a secure version of its Internet service. Rival AOL took the wraps off AOL 9.0 Security Edition (code-named "Strauss") this week.
