New Mac MSN Messenger Works With LCS 2005

On Tuesday, Microsoft rolled out a new version of MSN Messenger for the Mac. The 5.0 release interoperates with Microsoft's Live Communications Server (LCS) 2005 enterprise instant-messaging (IM) server. Users who run the Mac client and LCS 2005 in tandem will gain presence-awareness. The latest Mac IM client also has more of an Apple-style look and feel than did previous versions of the MSN Mac product, according to Microsoft. |
