The folks at both Winbeta and NeoWin are reporting that Microsoft is set to release yet another beta build of its long-awaited Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) code any time now. It's not clear if Microsoft will declare the new build "Release Candidate 3," but that would be our guess. Microsoft officials have said during the last couple of months that they planned to finalize SP2 by late July. The accompanying "Protect Your PC" marketing campaign around SP2's new security features is set for September.
