Guess MSN decided it was risking losing Hotmail subscribers if it waited much longer to get the word out on its plans to match its competitors on the e-mail storage front. NeoWin has details on the storage plans that MSN allegedly is set to announce as soon as this evening. According to what looks to be an internal Microsoft e-mail, MSN is planning to offer Hotmail users 250 MB of free storage (surpassing the 100 MB limit Yahoo is now providing to its free e-mail subscribers), and for $19.99 per year, 2 GB of e-mail storage to paying subscribers.
