Two More XP Starter Edition Releases on the Books

Microsoft is continuing its campaign to bring stripped-down, cut-rate versions of Windows XP to developing markets. On Wednesday, the software giant added Egypt and Turkey to its list of countries where it is marketing Windows XP Starter Edition. Earlier this year, Microsoft officials said they had sold 100,000 copies of Starter Edition to date. |
