It sounds like Microsoft Research's Strider Ghostbuster rootkit-detection technology could soon make its way into the company's Windows AntiSpyware product. It sounds like a natural and smart move on Microsoft's part. But it's not clear when rootkit-detection will make it into Windows AntiSpyware. That product is still in beta and there's no final word on when it will ship. |
